Service Providers are the users of the platform who have access to all public content and all private content authorized by a vendor.
With this access they can utilize the vendor-generated content in various ways - for their internal education, service development, marketing, sales and service delivery processes.
Service providers enjoying free access to the platform or pay a small monthly fee for premium access. The monthly fee comprises the subscription fee plus a variable fee based on their volume of active customers in the system.
The free access gives the ability to browse all public content and shared private content. The premium access affords the use of various features that build up their services, marketing, sales materials and integrate with their PSA.
Service providers can have diverse interactions with vendors with established business relationships, but can not be solicited directly by vendors through the platform.
